Meet Some of our Management Staff

Katie Webb - Administrator

Katie was blessed to join the Woodland Heights Family in November of 2017. Her passion is retirement living and has made a career out if it for the past 23 years. Her number one desire is to provide the best possible care for her residents. She enjoys learning, teaching and empowering staff to be thoughtful caregivers. Katie is a great advocate for Activities Programming as she was the Life Enrichment Coordinator and Program Director for 11 years throughout and after her college career.

Even after receiving a business degree she continued in the human services field working for older adults. “This is where my heart is, I can’t imagine doing anything else”. Katie is excited to bring her compassion and knowledge to Woodland Heights and enjoys building relationships with residents, families, and staff to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Katie enjoys being around people, loves to cook and host parties and has been a devoted Portland Trail Blazers fan since she knew what a basketball was!

Lynn Clapp - Community Relations Director

A native Oregonian, Lynn joined the Woodland Heights team in 2015 with over 35 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary and Investor Relations Assistant for a national bank and public insurance company. “I thoroughly enjoyed my duties providing customer service” and happily, this experience has served well in her position at Woodland Heights as she tours families through the community. She loves sharing the many unique benefits “Woodland” has to offer. “Families need a safe and compassionate community where their loved ones can flourish and be well cared for.”

Luckily for us, Lynn also has an incredible artistic side and brings years of decorating experience to the building. She has recently coordinated an ongoing remodel of the interior design to bring a fresh and fun atmosphere to our building. In her spare moments she can be found fluffing new pillows, moving furniture, and hanging new artwork.

Lisa Gonzalez

Lisa joined the Woodland Heights team in 2017. She previously worked as a Preschool Center Administrator and brings a wealth of experience in accounting, human resources, and customer service. Lisa has lived in Oregon since 1996 and has 4 children. Prior to joining Woodland Heights, Lisa was a foster parent for 4 years to over 17 children. When Lisa is not here, you can find her on the softball field or enjoying time with her family.

Rigmore Cooper - Housekeeping Supervisor

Rigmore recently celebrated over 13 years at Woodland Heights. She is a native Norwegian who came to the United States in 1963 and started working as a nanny, caring for younger children. She later attended classes and received her Certified Nursing Assistant certification in 1990. She began working at Woodland as a caregiver and later became the Housekeeping Supervisor. Our resident’s look forward to her smiles, good nature and storytelling whether she is cleaning their rooms, helping with their laundry or serving coffee in the dining room. Rigmore is passionate about the services she provides and is always willing to “go the extra mile”- to do the little things that mean so much. Her favorite pass-time is reading especially Westerns which were a novelty in her native country.

Al Cruz - Resident Care Coordinator

Al arrived at Woodland Heights in April of 2005 bringing an abundance of experience to his role as Resident Care Coordinator. He began his career in healthcare, as a caregiver, while still in high school and was later promoted to med tech position. Al has developed a passion for helping seniors and providing high quality care for his residents. Al sees himself as an educator, providing ongoing training and oversight for the care staff.

As a Health Services manager he monitors practices within the medication department and coordinates care with physicians, residents, and families. He provides monitoring to assure that appropriate care services are given to our residents. Al is also a CPR/Basic Life Support and First Aid instructor and is certified by the American Heart Association. In his spare time, Al loves to spend time with his wife, two daughters and his dog Yoshy. Al is also an avid Oregon Duck fan!

Jenni Bruce - Life Enrichment Director

Jenni has been at Woodland Heights for two years in our activity department. She is a native Oregonian and has been married for twelve years and has four "kids." She has two Italian Greyhounds, and two Sphynx cats who are naturally hairless. Jenni is a huge animal lover. Her hobbies include vacationing with her friends, spoiling her "kids" and she likes reality TV shows. Jenni wants our residents to feel at home and asks them for their input on activities so we have a varied and specialized calendar to meet the requests of our residents.
